Excuse the poor photo quality...snapped these with my iPhone. This is Erin (003) this morning (before 6AM by the way...)
In just a couple of months, 003 has made some significant changes with regard to her training, nutrition and overall attitude towards health and wellness. She is stronger, more agile and has far greater endurance. We have recently been doing much more functional strength work, and this morning I threw this at her...and she rocked it. Trust me, this exercise is not for the weary.
If that wasn't impressive enough, moments later we were doing another very challenging abdominal exercise, and going for 12-15 reps. As I counted them out and neared 15, Erin yells like a warrior I'm going to 20!
