Who is Josh?

Well, that isn't him to the right...but it is his son Jack.  His wife said that is quite an "open-ended" question, and she's been with him for over 18-years...so she would know.

We will add this section over time, but below are some highlights to hold you over for now...

  • In 2006 was 246-pounds and fighting for his life
  • 10-months later, he had cured himself of all ailments and lost over 85 pounds.
  • He became obsessed with diet and exercise, became a trainer, trained harder and then decided there were better ways to maintain his own "balance" than three hours a day in the gym (note: his wife and kids thought so too)
  • Somewhere in middle of that story, Josh became a Vegan...for two weeks to help coach a diabetic friend through that transition.  His friend lasted a few days...Josh (and his wife) never went back.
  • His passion for Veganism as a whole begin to not only fascinate him, but also become more and more incorporated into his life (which to him includes the health benefits, sustainability of our environment, treating all creatures with kindness and non-violence).
  • Today, some call him a modern day hippie, some call him extreme...he just prefers you call him Josh...
